Let me share my transformation journey. 

I am a Coach, Change Leadership and Communications Specialist with more than 20 years of experience, born in Colombia but established in Costa Rica.

 

My professional career has been a transformation journey full of joyful and diverse experiences, growth opportunities, personal challenges, and amazing stories leading people. Corporate Communications Director, Head of a Business Unit, Leader of Strategic Management Projects and Transformation initiatives, are some of the directive positions I have had along this road. I am not afraid of change, shifting my career path, having new responsibilities, leaving my team, or adapting to new ways of working. I have always embraced new challenges as opportunities to learn, grow and give back by developing others and becoming a partner during times of change.

I have lived change in a variety of ways. I have developed change strategies, I have been trained to manage and lead change, but I have also been part of organizational transformations myself where decisions (tough decisions) had to be made and emotions ran high as the human being that I am. All these experiences allowed me to envision who I am now, as a Coach and as a Change Leadership and Communications consultant.
